The FMR LLC Corporate Tax Department is seeking a Director to become a member of the Tax Planning team within Fidelity’s corporate tax department, providing support on a wide variety of tax matters to Fidelity business teams, including financings, restructurings, various business ventures and related acquisitions and dispositions. This position will be responsible for working with our partners to develop business solutions, as well as manage deal flows and will be expected to monitor relevant legislative and regulatory changes to U.S. and foreign tax laws, advising on the impacts to Fidelity’s businesses and advising on appropriate responses.
