This attorney will have responsibility for active management and oversight of all aspects of Intellectual Property (“IP”) and network related litigation and disputes, as well as other complex commercial litigation and risk management issues. This position interacts directly with Vice Presidents, Senior Directors, and Directors across many areas of the business, including Corporate Communications, Government Affairs, Engineering, IT, Marketing, Finance and Corporate Strategy.
