The Director, Corporate Counsel and Legal Operations is responsible for providing a high quality and diverse range of contractual legal services, while exercising discretion, professionalism, and solid judgment. In addition, the Director, Corporate Counsel and Legal Operations will draft and negotiate agreements, protecting the company’s interests while ensuring the company’s contractual arrangements are in compliance with applicable laws, as well as oversee and optimize policies, programs, and applications managed by the Legal team.
