We are seeking an attorney for our ERISA/Benefits Law Department to provide legal advice on a broad range of issues with respect to our Company’s benefit plan offerings. The responsibilities for this position include: Advice on design, drafting, and implementation of all types of welfare, wellness and fringe benefit plans, such as medical (including account-based plans such as HSAs, HRAs, and FSAs), dental, vision, EAPs, wellness programs, short-term and long-term disability, basic and supplemental life and AD&D, pre-paid legal, dependent care spending account and other child care plans, and flexible benefit plans.
