Responsibilities: 1) Serve as a lead operational attorney for DaVita’s Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) division. Working directly with the business leads to provide advice and counsel on a wide variety of transactional, operational, commercial, and healthcare regulatory issues arising in day-to-day operations; 2) Serve as lead attorney in structuring, negotiating, and providing legal oversight for business transactions for key divisions of the business; 3) Draft, review, analyze and negotiate contracts, agreements, memoranda and other legal documents to which the company intends to become a party, including, but not limited to, Participating Provider Agreements, Physician Consulting Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, and similar arrangements
