The Deputy General Counsel will be the lead attorney supporting the IEEE SA and staff on a wide range of legal matters including corporate governance, intellectual property and risk standards and procedures, and health and safety regulatory matters. The successful individual will also take the lead on general corporate legal matters including corporate governance issues for the IEEE Board of Directors, IEEE Major Boards, IEEE Foundation, and other IEEE affiliated entities. This will include guiding IEEE internal and external stakeholders on sensitive issues ranging from conflicts of interest, parliamentary procedures, resolutions, and documentation of board and committee meetings, and providing guidance and advice during board and committee deliberations.
