The Bank Regulatory and Deposits Legal team seeks a lawyer to support the firm’s deposit businesses. Bank Regulatory and Deposits Legal advises the firm globally from a U.S. bank regulatory perspective and provides legal, regulatory, reputational, and transactional support to our retail and institutional deposit businesses. This lawyer will be involved in advising on all aspects of legal and regulatory matters related to U.S. deposits, including: reviewing product designs and providing strategic input; drafting disclosures and other customer documentation; coordinating with business and compliance colleagues on policies and procedures; reviewing service arrangements with key vendors; performing legal research; engaging external counsel; and providing general legal support to relevant functional areas.
