The Americas Regulatory Enforcement and Investigations team is seeking an attorney with 5 to 7 years’ experience to represent BNY Mellon in internal investigations and in a broad range of inquiries and regulatory enforcement, matters originated by various regulatory, government, and law enforcement agencies. In this role, the attorney will be required to handle governmental and regulatory inquiries directly, conduct internal investigations, provide advice regarding, and develop strategies for dealing with, matters that involve potential reputational, regulatory, or financial exposure to the company.
