The Counsel will be a part of the department’s Legal Data Management & Advisory group, which is responsible for implementing, maintaining and enhancing the firm’s artificial intelligence repository and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions; and advising on global regulatory and business change management initiatives. The Legal Data Management & Advisory legal team currently has team members located in New York, Pittsburgh, and Wroclaw (Poland) allowing for global reach. A Counsel in this role will (i) provide interpretative guidance on a variety of financial contracts types; (2) advise on regulatory change impact; and (3) leverage legal technology, including machine learning, to provide strategic solutions to business and legal stakeholders.
