An attorney to serve as day-to-day legal advisor for our affiliated bank’s collective investment trust (CIT) platform, which is comprised of a large and diverse range of bank-maintained 3(c)(3) and 3(c)(11) investment funds. This attorney will be part of a larger team of legal professionals who will also be available to provide investment legal support for other investment management affiliates and related businesses. The ideal candidate will have some CIT expertise and/or ERISA expertise as well as broader institutional investment management experience counseling registered investment advisers, pooled investment vehicles and institutional clients including ERISA investors.
