Wells Fargo is seeking a Counsel to join the Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Legal Team. This position will report to the Managing Counsel supporting WIM Operations and will primarily support the capital markets and trading functions within Wells Fargo Advisors, the retail brokerage business in WIM. The selected individual will be an attorney providing legal support to the following functions: (a) equity, fixed income and spot foreign currency trading; (b) equity and fixed income securities offerings; (c) listed securities options; and (d) market-linked securities and certificates of deposit.
