McKesson's well-regarded General Counsel Organization is seeking a mid-level attorney for McKesson’s Pharmaceutical Solutions & Services (PSaS) business and its controlled substances compliance programs related to federal (Drug Enforcement Administration/DEA) and state (Boards of Pharmacy, Departments of Health, etc.) regulatory requirements. Responsibilities will include providing regulatory guidance and day-to-day legal support for the PSaS regulatory affairs department and supporting compliance efforts for the business in accordance with federal, state and local government regulations.
