In this role you will: 1) Represent the Company in contract drafting and negotiations, pre-litigation, settlement discussions, and claims related legal issues, including supporting complex matters; 2) Develop training, templates, guidance, processes, and procedures, primarily related to third-party contracting and other matters; 3) Provide guidance to management on legal and regulatory matters impacting business strategy and policy.
