The Counsel – Vendor Contracting position serves a critical role in providing enterprise-wide legal counsel, guidance and advice to internal business partners with respect to sourcing, establishing and managing vendor engagements, including for key and complex commercial relationships for business units throughout CVS Health. The role will review, evaluate, draft and negotiate a wide range of vendor contracts, such as master service agreements, amendments, statements of work, terminations and similar documents.
