The Counsel role in the Labor & Employment Group of Deloitte’s Office of General Counsel (“OGC”) provides legal advice and transactional support to the Talent organization and business leaders of the Deloitte U.S. Firms on compliance with the myriad of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws, including, for example, those relating to non-discrimination, disabilities, leaves of absence, wage and hour, restrictive covenants, privacy, and government contracting.
