This Counsel will own a wide range of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating partner agreements that govern AV and fleet deployments across mobility and delivery use cases, integrating and counseling business clients on data, intellectual property, regulatory, safety and privacy principles, including in global environments. You’ll also support related programs as a critical team member, working closely with cross-functional business colleagues to launch these offerings on the Uber platform.
