This position supports the firm’s global derivatives business by providing essential negotiation and contract administration support for the firm’s ISDA contracts and other OTC derivatives and clearing documentation. The Negotiator is responsible for all stages of the contract process from the initial drafting through execution. In a complex and high volume business negotiations need be conducted in a timely, thorough and efficient manner. The responsibilities will also include review of constitutional documentation an netting opinions, consistent follow up with internal business stakeholders and external customers, maintaining detailed records of negotiations in legal technology systems, along with a committed effort to stay apprised of new and changing regulatory and legal issues and industry initiatives.
