Responsibilities will include: 1) Managing Verizon’s compliance with existing and emerging domestic and international sustainability-related regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD, ISSB, and UK TCFD) and preparing related disclosures; 2) Partnering with subject matter experts across the company to draft and facilitate the publication of Verizon’s strategic sustainability-related reporting, including the Responsible Business Report, TCFD Report, CDP response and related disclosures; 3) Preparing and reviewing SEC filings; monitoring and ensuring Verizon’s compliance with governance-related requirements under Delaware law, SEC rules and regulations, and NYSE and Nasdaq listing standards.
