The Counsel, Brand Legal position is responsible for handling a variety of healthcare-related legal, regulatory and compliance issues governing on-market and pipeline products with a primary focus on the anti-kickback statute, false claims act and advertising and promotional regulations related to Vraylar and other brands. This position will be based in our North Chicago headquarters OR Madison, New Jersey office with a hybrid work model (on site 3 days/week).
