Disney Legal is seeking a highly qualified Counsel with significant experience in FCC regulatory matters to join the ABC Legal, News & Regulation team and work on a variety of such matters as they relate to the ABC owned television stations and the ABC Television Network. The ABC Legal, News & Regulation team provides legal advice and support to ABC News, the ABC owned television stations, ABC local and network political advertising sales, and the ABC scripted and unscripted Broadcast Standards & Practices groups on a wide range of matters including editorial and newsgathering issues involved in the preparation and distribution of national and local news programming; FCC regulatory issues; and sweepstakes/contests/promotions.
