We are seeking a bright, motivated attorney interested in making a difference in a well-respected Law Department in a historic U.S. company. The attorney will be responsible for supporting Corning’s optical communications business on a wide range of commercial and general law related matters. As directed by the Senior Division Counsel and Senior Managing Counsel, the attorney will manage and assist in commercial and general law related matters. The attorney will join a team whose predominate role is to advise on commercial law issues including all commercial agreements, however; the team is the first stop for business partners on a range of issues. As such, this attorney will advise and work on a range of issues which may include, but not limited to, antitrust, compliance, corporate governance, disputes, environmental, intellectual property, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, and trade.
