In the role of Corporate Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice and support to Finance, Treasury, Public Affairs, Tax & Insurance, Communications, Investor Relations, and other Legal departments (“Business Partners”) in the substantive areas of US corporate, capital markets and securities law. You will work on disclosures and public reporting, debt and equity capital markets transactions, asset management, investments, derivatives and treasury operations, US corporate structuring and the corporate governance of US entities (the “Subject Matter Areas”).
