Corporate Deputy General Counsel - Securities and Corporate Governance

The Corporate Law Department handles all securities-related matters for Comcast Corporation and its subsidiaries. The primary focus of this position is to provide legal support relating to the company’s SEC reporting requirements and capital markets and corporate finance transactions. The attorney will work closely with the company’s Accounting and Treasury departments and also work directly with other business units as needed.
