Responsibilities: 1) Support the company’s functional and operational leadership on legal matters relating to employee benefits, including personnel in human resources, finance, strategy, benefits administration, and plan investment operations; 2) Provide strategic guidance to the Company regarding compliance with employee benefits laws and regulations, and create solutions to mitigate legal risk.; 3) Collaborate with other lawyers within the Law Department on matters impacting different specialty areas
