Northrop Grumman’s Law Department is currently seeking a Corporate Counsel, Governance and Securities, who will provide support on governance and SEC reporting matters. Specific responsibilities include: 1) Assist in preparing the Company’s SEC Filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statement, Section 16 filings and other filings; 2) Assist and support management of Northrop Grumman subsidiaries, joint ventures, foreign branches and investments, including U.S. and foreign legal filing requirements; 3) Support the Treasury function and provide advice on certain financial agreements, including intercompany loan agreements, letters of credit, company guarantees and share repurchases
