Northrop Grumman has a unique opportunity for a senior attorney to join its Global Compliance Program (“GCP”), reporting to the Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Director-GCP. We seek a self-motivated attorney to serve as a legal subject matter expert on a range of anti-bribery/anti-corruption (“ABAC”) related laws and compliance matters including, the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act; the UK Bribery Act, U.S. trade sanctions laws and regulations, U.S. Anti-Boycott laws; and applicable foreign laws where the Company operates. This attorney will be part of a diverse team of attorneys, paralegals and compliance professionals supporting various ABAC matters. The ideal candidate is someone who has significant ABAC-related experience, enjoys working collaboratively on a team, maintains a high level of organization and is excited about working on a range of matters.
