Corporate Counsel – Network Procurement Transactions
This role will represent the organization on legal matters as assigned. Responsible for preparing supporting documents such as briefs, contracts, patent applications, and filings. Provide counsel to managers on legal matters impacting managers’ areas of responsibility.
