MGM Alternative is seeking an experienced business and legal affairs executive for its television and other media projects.. The executive will own the: (i) structuring, negotiation and drafting of development- and production-related agreements including, option, shopping, access, producer, talent, production services and license agreements; and (ii) the day-to-day legal functions of one more unscripted production.
