This attorney will support AWS's public sector business teams negotiating technology licensing agreements, supporting compliance activities, and advising on new programs and solutions for government customers and commercial customers operating in the public sector space. This attorney will provide ongoing legal counsel and contract interpretation for business leaders, and analyze and resolve contract issues. The successful candidate will be a fast learner who is detail-oriented and able to work independently and comfortably while making decisions in ambiguous situations. Compensation will be based on experience and includes equity compensation.
