This position structures, drafts and negotiates agreements, manages outside counsel, and counsels internal business clients on: 1) Sourcing industrial and support facilities, including acquisitions and leasing agreements (both existing facilities and build-to-suits); 2) Land use, entitlements, and zoning issues; 3) Construction agreements; 4) Other commercial transactions, ranging from standard contracts to complex, high-dollar-value transactions.
