As a stellar Corporate Counsel, you should have significant experience counseling clients in the implementation of a variety of compliance requirements applicable to the provision of internet access and similar services, with strong expertise in at least one of the following: lawful intercept, network security, public funding programs, interconnection, or regulatory reporting obligations. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge base of communications networks, and an insatiable curiosity for learning new technologies and legal issues.
