We're looking for an attorney to help support Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology product and procurement teams. In this role, you'll support several teams across product development, hardware procurement and engineering. You will work directly with internal business clients to advise on challenging legal issues related to the development and sale of the Just Walk Out products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements (including purchasing agreements, services agreements, nondisclosure agreements and other high value commercial contracts), as well as helping to simplify existing contracting processes.
