Provide legal regulatory counsel and strategic advice to the business in connection with a wide variety of video, broadband, and communications issues; support the business on corporate initiatives; advise the business and assist with regulatory compliance efforts; and provide counsel in regulatory proceedings and associated regulatory litigation.
