Contracts Negotiation Manager – T-Mobile for Business (TFB)

The Contracts Negotiation Manager will manage (in conjunction with key internal partners) the negotiation, drafting and execution of complex and non-standard contracts, amendments and renewals for the T-Mobile for Business Sales organization to ensure compliance with business requirements, corporate policy and a variety of laws and regulations related to this complex segment. Negotiates favorable terms and conditions on behalf of the company and advises sales of contractual eligibility, rights and obligations in concert with senior negotiators and attorneys. Assists in contract reviews and manages special projects as needed for both legal and company-wide initiatives.
