Compensation and Benefits Counsel

As a member of a small but dynamic legal team, this new position will have the opportunity to work in a number of different areas but will be primarily focused on providing legal advice regarding Section 125 plans, health and welfare plans, wellness programs, disability leave and benefits, and various other employee-benefits associated with an established restaurant company in an evolving business environment. Other focus areas will include qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, executive compensation, nonprofit governance and sustainability reporting and engagement. This position will interact with existing subject matter experts, including paralegals, and cross-functional leadership across the Yum system, particularly in Human Resources and Communications.
