Tasks: 1) Draft, negotiate and interpret commercial contracts between RSNA and its customers and resellers, including customer sales agreements, reseller agreements, master product purchase agreements; 2) Write, analyze and respond to requests for proposal or quote. Advise internal stakeholders on contractual, operational and legal risks, and options for mitigation.
