McCarter & English, LLP is actively seeking a junior level bankruptcy and commercial litigation associate admitted to practice in New Jersey, with a dual New York admission being a plus. We are seeking a talented and driven associate having 2-4 years of experience with a strong academic background and excellent writing skills. The ideal candidate will have experience handling distressed debt in bankruptcy and commercial litigation in New Jersey state and federal courts, and ideally will have successfully completed a clerkship for a bankruptcy judge.
