We are seeking an experienced attorney with 7+ years of legal experience to provide strategic legal counsel to support AT&T’s sales to business customers, with a focus on sales to government agencies. Preferred candidate must have extensive experience with federal government contracting, including contract formation, vendor/supplier relationships, Federal Acquisition Regulations, cost accounting standards, ethics or civil/criminal False Claims Act, cybersecurity, and familiarity navigating issues confronted by technology providers.
