DLA Piper is seeking an Attorney to join its Litigation group in the Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts and excellent research, writing and analytical skills. Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred. Candidates with experience handling toxic tort and asbestos litigation is highly preferred. Candidates licensed to practice law in New York are encouraged to apply.
