Responsibilities: 1) Draft and negotiate agreements in support of Deere's technology initiatives; 2) Partner with other attorneys in advising Deere’s Information Technology group, Intelligent Solutions Group (ISG) business, and John Deere Financial; 3) Provide research, legal counsel, and recommendations regarding technology agreements; 4) Stay current on emerging trends in the law through continuing legal education, reading, professional conferences, and participating in professional associations.
