Associate or Assistant General Counsel
This position is designed to furnish a high level of professional legal service to Duke University. The Associate or Assistant General Counsel will report to the Deputy General Counsel. The Associate or Assistant Counsel will handle a range of legal issues for the University, including, but not limited to student and academic affairs, Clery Act and other education regulatory compliance, and transactions and academic collaboration agreements.
