Essential duties include, but are not limited to : 1) Provide legal support in the PBM client contracting process and manage associated legal risks; 2) Develop responses and support for RFP activity and mitigate identified legal and business risks; 3) Provide ongoing legal counsel on a wide range of legal issues impacting the PBM.
