The Single-Family Mortgage Servicing Transactions Group is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join their legal staff. The Associate General Counsel will provide legal advice to internal clients on a broad range of legal matters related to Freddie Mac as a business entity and will also manage outside counsel. They will primarily support the single-family capital markets, single-family counterparty credit risk management and single-family mortgage servicing performance business areas with an emphasis on sophisticated financial transactions.
