Candidate will maintain strong, productive relationships with key internal clients while serving as a trusted legal advisor, legal risk manager, and business partner. Candidate will serve as a technical expert in the premium finance line of business - AFCO Direct and Life Direct (“AFCO”). Candidate will provide legal advice and counsel on a variety of legal matters impacting the premium finance line of business.
