Success in this position will require you to provide creative and practical guidance to clients on various legal, product, and business strategies to help foster the development of our social products and experiences. In addition, you will be required to oversee the drafting and negotiating of a wide variety of agreements, including software and content license, IP, professional services, and other strategic developer- and partner-facing agreements.
