As Associate General Counsel you will: 1) Act as a strategic partner to enable effective planning to maximize impact and realize strategy within regulatory framework and organization-wide policies/standards/processes including understanding the work of the Finance, Global Security and IT global operations functions and identifying, and anticipating where possible, legal needs; 2) Draft, review and negotiate a wide array of complex commercial agreements, including global master services agreements, consultancies, vendor agreements, licensing agreements, software licences, subcontracts and nondisclosure agreements.
