The Associate General Counsel is responsible for providing expert legal advice and solutions to the Corporate Trust business, with particular focus on the conventional corporate trust product offerings, particularly corporate debt, municipal debt, and escrow. This leadership role reports directly to the United States General Counsel–Corporate Trust. You will work with a team of attorneys and paralegals supporting the corporate trust business at Computershare and will (a) handle certain transactions directly with teams in the corporate trust line of business and (b) oversee outside counsel in the negotiation, closing and administration of myriad financial transactions.
