The Associate General Counsel position will provide support to the Corporate Secretary, senior management and the board of directors of Bank of America Corporation (“BAC”) in sustaining positive relationships with BAC’s institutional investors and other stakeholders on corporate governance issues. The Associate General Counsel position also will provide support to Bank of America’s Office of the Corporate Secretary in the Legal Department, handling legal advice and governance responsibilities for the boards of directors of BAC and its two nationally chartered bank subsidiaries, Bank of America, N.A. (“BANA”) and Bank of America California, N.A. (“BACNA”).
