NielsenIQ seeks a talented, business-oriented lawyer to join our legal team as Associate General Counsel. The person will primarily focus on drafting and negotiation of client and vendor agreements and other commercial contracts (including master service agreements, statements of work, etc.) relating to data and information licensing and professional service agreements, as well as providing general legal support and counsel for NielsenIQ’s consumer intelligence businesses.
