The Associate Director & Senior Counsel, AI Governance is an integral part of Latham’s Information Governance team and will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the firm’s AI governance framework, ensuring compliance with evolving legal and ethical standards, including AI safety and the responsible use of AI , while overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive AI governance framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. This role will be located in either our New York or Washington, D.C. office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
